6. Carrier disclaimer. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by Greg Miller DDS.
7. Limitation of liability. Greg Miller DDS is not responsible for delays, failures in delivery, or other issues in sending or receiving text messages. Our text messaging service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Do not rely on text messages for urgent or emergency matters — call our office or 911.
8. Health information. Standard text messaging is not a secure channel. We limit texts to scheduling and administrative information, and we ask that you not send detailed health information by text.
